For the last two years I have been on "piecemeal" contract work which was paying the bills, but wasn't the stability and comfort I was looking for.
PPW has kept me in touch with the industry. Through sound interview advice, job postings, and headlines I was able to stay current in the world of aviation.
Recently, I interviewed at an potential full-time employer where I met a fellow PPW member. I made my introduction and connection to PPW and we had a brief conversation before he left on his trip. It just so happens this PPW member not only was the pilot for the "decision-maker" of my job…he was asked his opinion of me.
Well, I'm happy to say I was not only hired..but I received a better compensation package than I asked for!
PPW always has been, and always will be an integral part of my networking. The members and their professionalism has made this one of the BEST forums I have ever come across. I feel that PPW is the finest and most useful tool in aviation networking.
