Several months ago we submitted our application for a Southern Border Overfly Permit and essentially forgot about it until a flight came up where it would be helpful. We began sending emails to the gasupport address and got no response. I made many calls to various CBP locations around the country and they were of no help, and could not even give me any ideas on where to start (worthy of another thread :cursing: ). I do a search on PPW and come up with the email for Dianna Sullivan and we get our permit in 24 hours!
